Vise „Baby, I love You“

Aprospos Modern Soul: Ich habe mir gerade den Modern Klassiker „Baby I love You“ von Vise als Reissue/Bootleg gekauft. Großartige Nummer von 1977, auch die A-Seite „We tried it, we made it“ kann mit treibendem Disco-Soul überzeugen.
Ich kannte das Stück von dem Keb Darge BBE-Sampler Soul Spectrum II.

There´s a copy for sale on GEMM, vg++ condition, $300, from a french guy. Seems to be a fair price, according to the last listed price on ebay ($511, mint condition with a teared label).
The reissue might be available for less than $25.

There have been some (original) copies on ebay recently. Best bet is to look there…

hehe. keine ahnung. hab jazzman nicht erwähnt. weil ich ja keine werbung mache…
